As you consider booking EncounteredHeart for your event, please read the following information. We partner with many different ministries and understand that every event and ministry is different! We’ve danced and taught at churches, ministry fundraisers, rehabilitation and correctional facilities, and more. Our desire is to create an experience that best fits your audience and needs.

Event Details

How would you like to include us in your event? Consider the time frame, purpose, audience and theme. View our repertoire for performance ideas or view “Bound” - a film of one of our dance pieces.

Examples:

• 3 dances in a church service that are relevant to the sermon and theme of the service.

• A full 60-90 minute performance (could be a church service or a special event).

• A dance workshop (or workshops) for a dance group to develop technique, purpose and artistry.

• A dance class for a women’s ministry event to learn and grow together.

Pricing

While we do list price ranges for performances and workshops, we never want financial strain to inhibit our partnership with you. Please contact us to work out a price that does not create hardship for your group, as we want to share the love of Christ through dance with all who desire us to do so.

The funds we receive from paid events provide the resources we need for our local and international mission opportunities.

Hospitality

If the event requires us to stay for a full day, we ask that the host provides a meal for us. If the event requires us to stay overnight, we ask that the host provides lodging and meals for us.

Tech Needs

As you consider booking EH, please make sure that you can accommodate our tech needs, or, let us know what we need to bring. Our basic needs are: a sound system with speakers, a microphone, and an aux cord hook up. We can work with whatever you have available to you, but it is helpful for us to know what we need to bring.
